Directions For Use With POR-15 Rust Preventive Coating:
Anytime POR Epoxy Putty is applied to metal surfaces always put 2 coats of POR-15 Rust Preventive Coating on the surface first, allow the second coat to dry only to a tack point…tack is dry to touch but with a slight finger drag remaining, it should be just beyond a finger print stage, then mix the 2 equal portions (A & B) of putty with a moist hand, put in place, smooth & form the desired surface. Allow to dry completely, sand if necessary, & paint.
